Other: Hazardous pothole, large enough to cause damage to vehicles. I would know, I’m filing this report as I sit waiting on a tow truck for the blown out rear tire I have from it.

We have repaired all potholes located on City property or within the right of way. All potholes located on S Jacobs Dr or within each shopping center are privately maintained. Please reach out to our Risk department to file a tort claim.
