Other: The owner of this building has, for more than a year, failed to maintain this building in a sanitary condition. When we had high winds on March 15, 2026, I discovered materials blown into my lawn that contained what looked to have asbestos in it. The property owner has also left his property to accumulate mold and an obscene amount of trash and fails to do basic upkeep without me filing reports with the City. At some points I believe I’ve seen rodents on the property. This is beyond just annoying and ugly; it’s actually hazardous to our neighbors’ health.
