Other: the city utilities dug up this corner on the left when you enter peppergrass condos, they left it muddy it has sunken down below the sidewalk and they never planted any grass or put down straw. im not sure what kind of utility work was done there, but i would think that they should fix this . thank you

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have completed an inspection of their entire work area and will be sending that to the responsible contractor this week. A due date for the repairs will be established and then escalate to fines if the contractor is unresponsive.
