Other: A trailer has been parked on the street for several days. The Sanitation trucks couldn't get down the street to pick up trash and recycling this week, due to the trailer taking up so much room, especially if there are other cars parked on the other side of the street. (This was confirmed by conversations with a representative at the Sanitation dept and at least 2 neighbors.) Attempts were made by at least one neighbor to ask that the trailer be moved to the driveway, but it still remains in the street. It's possible that a fire truck or ambulance wouldn't be able to get through in an emergency.
