Traffic Related Complaints:
Other: Delivery vehicle parked illegally in no passing zone during a busy hour of the morning. Traffic was forced to pass in the oncoming (Eastbound) lane in a no passing zone heading directly into an intersection with The B-Line Trail. Much of the oncoming traffic was large trucks, FWIW. Traffic was at times backed up to the light at College and Kirkwood. This was around 9:15am. I waited 10 or more minutes, staff seemed in no hurry to rectify the situation.
