Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Other: The sidewalk connecting College Ave. to The Park on Morton (Georgia Ave. & West 12th St.) has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements. This does not appear to be a public right of way, but presumably has an easement for pedestrian access. To city requirements for sidewalk snow removal apply here?
