The port a pot is on private property, not city property. We have no jurisdiction over this. I would suggest reaching out to the builder, owner, or property manager directly to discuss further.
Other: See case #207337. The response did not explain why it is ok for these people to store a portable toilet on City property in full view of the neighborhood. It is standing in the "Tree Plot" right by the street. This is City property. Please ask the builders to move their latrine to the back of the lot where people don't have to be continually reminded of their presence.
