Other: A homeless person has set up camp next to railway tracks just north of the Park Ridge neighborhood park. It is disguised as a pile of sticks. His 2 bikes are easily noticeable next to the Grimshaw Trail. One can follow his tracks to the campsite as he has survived the cold of the last 2 weeks.
