Other: Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. Could not reach anyone on phone this time.
