Other: Hello! I know the men in the trucks are working their tails off. I do wonder why even when extreme snow is predicted our city folks in charge of planning truly fail Bloomington. I’ve lived here for many years after coming from Michigan and every year the city becomes a joke about their handling of the snow but as we come to this storm I wanted to formally request more information on logistics and planning. I have many a times tried to understand what part and who within the city’s scope this is via this tool or emailing directly but unfortunately I never receive actual responses to my questions, but sometimes I see the action taken so I know my questions were read. I would prefer this request not go through Adam Wason since I do believe he is the one ignoring my contacts or brushing me off which as someone who was a coworker and friend of his feels even worse. Is there another party in the city to speak to about this to ensure things are getting taken care of? Thank you for your time.
