I actually took a look at this one last week, but hadn't gotten around to closing the uReport yet. This is a duplicate of uReport #202936. Since that complaint was last year, I went out to reinvestigate to see if anything had changed, but there appeared to be no change in the driveway since the last inspection in June of 2025. While larger than would be allowed today, the driveway has been that size since before the standards were put in place in City code and is considered lawful, non-conforming. It does not appear to have been expanded.
