Planning staff have not been able to investigate at night to take a lighting trespass reading due to the snow, but have documented the lighting fixtures during the day. Planning staff observed and documented lighting fixtures which were not properly shielded, with the lighting elements visible from beyond the property line. Will draft and issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) Warning letter to the property for non-compliant lighting, asking for lighting specifications and establishing a compliance deadline for properly shielding the lights.

I have reassigned this uReport to our Planning and Transportation Department that handles potential light trespass issues resulting from private property.
