Other: TRG Management owns the trailer park that I live in. I have had no pipes bust or leak at all even during the cold weather. My pipes are also insulated with heat tape. I have never once paid for my water being over $60 last month it was $50 and the property manager Jenny Bowles will not show me any proof or graphs of usage of water only attaches what the meter read. I used the same amount of water as I did last month my kitchen sink is currently getting remodeled. So I haven’t used that either. I just don’t think something is right about this and I would like it to be resolved.

Hello, This customer is master metered so we have no way of telling what tenant was billed what. That being said this account did use ~70,000 more gallons than usual in Dec. Sorry, but you have to get with your landlord to resolve your issue.
