Other: I live at 1811 S Montclair Ave and the house next to me on Queens Way is under renovation, but there's nobody currently live there. Their AC unit is loudly clicking and I'm concerned that it could overheat and cause a fire. I called the non-emergency police number last night, but it's still clicking today. Unsure how to proceed since I don't have a contact number for the house.

Drove by and inspected this morning. Outdoor unit is not making any unordinary noise. There was a Koontz Construction sign in the yard. Suggest contacting contractor if this issue persists.
