Other: Red Ford 150 Truck with Indiana License Plate: TK1260XW always parked on the streets on the "No parking" side. Parked right in front of our driveway and hard to take our vehicle out, Obstruction to USPS delivery trucks, garbage trucks and snow trucks. They have 3 vehicles and a Boat. All 3 vehicles parked outside garage with 1 vehicle on street at all times.
