Other:

Other: Two unknown individuals in a white rental camper van approached my running vehicle while my children were inside. They attempted to turn off the engine and physically touched the vehicle door and power button. I was inside a store briefly, and when I came out, they were interacting with my car in a suspicious manner. The behavior was threatening, unsafe, and created fear for the safety of my children. This happened outside of Buddhist gift shop in front of gift shop here in Bloomington. These 2 individuals are a couple about 170 lbs for the male and 150 for the female. Both light skin with sunglasses on and wouldn’t take off their sunglasses when I approached them to ask what they were doing in my car when my daughter called me. I drove away immediately after I confronted them they were kind of evil laughing when I asked them why they touched my vehicle. Lady was laughing and wouldn’t turn around to speak. They were eating noodles and claimed to be concerned about my vehicle motor smell from muffler. They ranted “I can’t understand you Americans” when I asked why would they approach my vehicle with my children inside. They had a rental white camper van labeled rental on it.
