Nuisance Lights:
Other: This is a corner house at the corner of Oxford and Thornton drive. There is a street lamp on the Thornton side that is NOT a Duke street lamp. It does not work at all. I can't report it to Duke because it doesn't have a Duke number and isn't in their system. That intersection of Oxford and Thornton is very dark.
