Other: The tree in my neighbor's yard at 621 W 4th St has been falling on my yard, limb by limb for over a decade. This time, a limb about 13 inches in diameter and over 10 ft in length fell. a newly planted evergreen tree sustained significant damage. In the past there has been damage to our siding, a gutter and each time has broken things on our porch. I am terrified that a limb will fall on a person or that the whole tree will come down on the back of our house, which is where we sleep. I'm also worried about the cost to replace the over $3000 worth of trees and shrub we have planted in the last 4 years and more importantly the impossibility to replace the growth on all of these. The tree is a dangerous nuisance and I would like to know if the city might urge the owner to at least trim out the dead stuff, if not cut down the whole tree.
