Water Utility Problems:

Other: There is a relatively large water meter lid (maybe 18" in diameter) that is crooked and now stuck in an awkward position. It is located on the east side of Park about 40' south of 12th Street along the ROW. Since there are no longer buildings at this location (it might have served the old laudromat), it's possible this meter is no longer being used. If so, maybe the pit should be filled in. The way it is now, someone could trip on it or step into it or an animal could fall in and get stuck. It has been loose for at least several years and we have repositioned the lid every time it became uncentered, but this time it is locked in place and we cannot (meaning, we do not want to try to) fix it.
