Other: This light is far too short for those going east/West on 17th street. Going west. It only allows 4 or 5 cars to go through the intersection. At a time and then the next one at college and 17th street also is short. So you have a backup of traffic that just sits there because the traffic lights don't snc in a way that allows traffic to flow.
