Other: It appears a private (not city) tree crew has "topped" a few street trees along E. Tapps Turn. I know the city has taken down a few trees in the area due to disease, but this is entirely different. I realize it's too late to do anything for these particular trees now, but they've left the equipment on the street, suggesting they'll be back to do more butchering next week. Please ask someone check on this work before they do any further damage.
