Other: The owners of a dog living at 1011 N. Orris Dr. let the dog have free-range on the street without supervision and the dog is be aggressive towards other dogs. The dog has aggressively approached me and my leashed dog multiple times over the past few years. The dog has not attempted to attack my dog in those instances but, without my intervention, it seemed likely that it would have. The dog appears to be an Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix.
