Other: Hello there I hope you’re having a good morning. I am making another report this week regarding the same issue I made a few weeks ago. a few weeks ago, my initial report was that the waste management completely trashed all the streets in the Green Acres neighborhood. This week, there is not any trash, laying out to the extent that there was when I made my first report. However, the placement of the trash bins and the recycling bins were strewn across all areas of properties in the entirety of the Green Acres neighborhood. I was driving on my way to work, and I saw multiple bins far off from where they should’ve been. Many trash bins were left in the middle of the lawns and recycling bins were strewn across driveways, etc. Of the many things that caught my eye this morning, I have attached the one that caught my eye the most. in the attachment I have provided, we can notice that the trash bin is fully turned over and standing on its top… and further back in the picture, you can notice the recycling bins in disarray. For people with disabilities, it is extremely hard to relocate the waste bins if they are thrown around or flipped over.
Last week’s waste removal was great. However the week before last and this week were not ideal. Please forward this to the right people and I hope we can make Bloomington a more appealing place to reside.
Thanks

Crew informed me that they turn a can upside down if there is loose cat litter or ash in the bottom This prevents the can that it does not harden and sticks to the bottom, making the can extremely heavy. We are actively working on proper can placement.
