Not sure specifically who this should go to if it is for work in the ROW/alley - is this something Engineering has info on or is this for public works. Planning has received a similar report before at another location about a divot in pavement near a trash enclosure and there was nothing in code for Title 20 to compel any changes. If this needs reassigned, please do. Thanks!
