Other: There is a lady that stands there with a sign, not a lot, but a few times I have seen her. She is hostile towards the cars sitting at the stop light waiting for the light to turn green.
She was shaking her fist at me and I thought she was going to start beating my car. There are homeless all around that area which needs to be addressed, but if any person starts beating on my car for whatever their reason is I do consider that person to be violent and I am fearing for my life. That is not acceptable in our city. Clean up our streets Bloomington.
