Other: Smoke detector has been beeping from condo for low battery for weeks. There are 4 condos per building, the windows in unit 708 have been open all summer, and the beep echos in the woods behind. If there is a fire it's feared maybe not all occupants will be notified potentially causing loss of life. The unit seems to be owned and occupied currently, but unsure whether occupant is aware of smoke detectors importance.
