Other: Owner is calling to report that there is trash scattered all over his yard, due to his neighbors or others dumping over the cart. He said that this happens often this time of year. Also wants to make sure that he is not issued a citation and wants somebody to clean up the trash. He said he has called sanitation about this 2-3 times over the summer. He also would like the trash receptacles that don't to belong to this address be removed from his yard.
