Other: i really hate to complain,with that said the past 2 weeks ,who ever is picking up recycling,they are loosing it on street at a few houses,i know they see what is in road because they come back up road to collect on other side.hopefully they can slow down and make sure they get it all,it could be the arm is to tight and it pushes it out,thank you
