Other: As you drive north out of S Westplex Ave to get on 3rd St. there is a bush that is blocking the view of oncoming traffic. By the time you inch out far enough to see oncoming cars, you are already too far out. Bush is on the SW corner. It is in the neighborhood of the Quarters and Dillion. Students will be back soon and that intersection will have heavy traffic soon.

During the inspection, staff met the property owner on-site and notified them to trim the vegetation to prevent any line-of-sight obstruction. Staff will revisit the location and follow up to ensure compliance.
