Other: The city did a storm drain project last week and left a large bag of conrete waste on the sidewalk. They removed signage related to construction. People use electric wheelchairs, strollers, carts, etc. often on Blair, but now they can't on the east side of the street, and there's no signage to warn people to cross the sidewalk before the obstacle. It's been like this all week - is it possible for the city to remove the (very heavy!) bag of waste concrete?
