Other: Received multiple calls that this street is blocked by the construction development of the new apartment complex across the street. Spoke to HAND who transferred me to the Street Division who transferred me to Engineering Department, where I left a voicemail. Multiple residents/vendors of our apartment location there on Lincoln Street have been told that they cannot use the street today d/t construction and as of 20 minutes ago it was blocked. This is the only street in and out of here for us/residents/etc.
