Other: I am secretary of our HOA and this is a question about what is being done in our neighborhood--Cedar Springs Subdivision. Over the past couple of weeks we have had several services marking utilities and today stakes were set to mark the right of way. Can you please tell me what work on utilities is to follow as a result? Thank you!

Thomas, Cedar Springs is located just outside the City Boundary. I'm not sure if they would know, but you can try to contact the Monroe County Highway Department at (812)803-6810.
