Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):
Other: The town of Bloomington is the jewel of Indiana, and E Kirkwood Ave is the jewel of Bloomington. Over the past couple of years, there has been a persistent smell of raw sewage coming from Oddfellows Alley, just off of Kirkwood Ave. At times, the smell is overwhelming. This creates a very unpleasant atmosphere in the 100 block of E Kirkwood Ave, and diminishes the beauty of our downtown. Please find and contain the source of this smell. I would ask that you make this an urgent priority, and get it done before the Taste of Bloomington event this weekend. Thank you. Chuck Russo
