City staff have investigated the intersection and found that the vegetation does not currently restrict visibility for vehicles. However, a notice of violation will be sent to the property owner requiring them to trim the vegetation, as it is obstructing the sidewalk. Addressing this issue will also help improve visibility for all users at the intersection.
