Other: Rain patterns are changing. My neighborhood has no storm water drainage. The water flows down from N Dunn unabated. All my neighbors and I have done remediation but the volume of water flowing across our properties has dramatically increased. All of us have experienced flooding. I have lived in my house for 21 years. I have never had a flood in my basement. I have had two in the past month. We pay every month for storm water removal in our utilities bill, but in truth all the cost has actually fallen to the home owners. Please look into this. We all feel that storm water needs to be captured at N Dunn St. I look forward to your response.
