Other: According to Beacon (formerly Elevate), the chair of Art Commission lives in County near W Church Ln and claims homestead there. Again, how can that be allowed for only this commission? There are many good applicants for other commissions who are denied because they are not claiming voter registration at alternate family member address in city limits.
