Other: Patterson Point Affordable Housing by Pivotal: Air conditioning in most (or all) apartments has not been working and they say repairs may not happen for up to 2 weeks. This is affecting the residents who are low-income seniors, many of whom are elderly with serious health problems. Management has provided fans and small portable ac units to some residents but this seems to be insufficient for the current weather conditions. This seems to be a dangerous situation for vulnerable citizens.

Spoke with Complainant who was filing on behalf of her family member. Provided info on Complaint Inspection process which includes a courtesy call to Property Management. The tenant is reluctant to file a complaint due to potential future action by the landlord & requested that uReport be closed. Provided resources on City's Welcome Page.
