Other: My neighbors at 103 E Southern Drive leave their large dog outside, off-leash all the time. That dog runs loose and into the yards of my two rental properties just across the street on E Southern Dive. The dog terrorizes my tenants who cannot safely spend time outside or even walk to their car in the driveway because of the dog, barking and plunging at them. The neighbors refuse to leash their dog before letting him outside. Both my tenants and I have already approached them and their answer is that the dog just runs out the door. They could let the dog run at Switchyard park just steps away, but they refuse to leash it and have no qualms about their dog terrorizing the neighbors. Please make them stop!
