Other: Two LED fixtures were recently installed at this intersection, both on the east side of Walnut, one north of 12th and the other south of 12th. They are *very* bright. Is it possible to swap them out with a lower wattage? We do see others in the neighborhood that appear to be dimmer and don't cast so much harsh light onto neighboring properties. It would be a relief if these were also more resident-friendly.
