Other: We did our first visit Switchyard park - small dog area. I have a 6lb chihuahua. I experienced him getting out at Ferguson dog park. So any dog park we visit I check for gaps. The small dog area at Switchyard needs to be checked by Psrks. There were many gaps from fence to ground that’s tiny dogs could get out. The gaps need to be filled with dirt to bring over the fence line. Please let me know when this is corrected so we can return. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay. I wanted to make sure the work was complete before responding. I asked staff to check the fence for gaps. They reported the largest gap they found was just a hair under 3". As you can imagine with ground settling, rain, and even dogs digging gaps are constantly changing, but that was what they found. That particular area was part of a 'mower's gate'. Staff have added some padding to reduce the gap. Staff will occasionally monitor the fence going forward for future gaps.
