Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: Large, recurrent pothole. Damaged my car rim and possibly tire. Pic attached. This happened to me previously at the same location and I had to have the rim repaired and tire replaced. I paid that time. Will the city pay this time? And fix the pot hole, please.
