Other: There has been a wire drooping over this entrance to the neighborhood for weeks now. Duke came out and discovered it was not their wire and all they did was put a flag on it. This morning it is now making it impossible to drive through. it is on the ground. I have also contacted Comcast to see if it was there Hanging wire across the street and apparently they have not come out to do anything about it either. This morning it was fine and now it is blocking one of the two entrances to the neighborhood and the other entrance already has a lot of construction going on at it.
