Other: Flooding continues to be an issue on W 11th Street, at the lowest point where it intersects with Blair Ave. Please see the photos and videos I took yesterday: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WkvlvMpbzfWyCDrWhkIhXHjeLg5dyMIW?usp=sharing I cleared all of the storm drains at this intersection yesterday BEFORE the storm, but within minutes after the storm began, more debris washed in and clogged them up. I had to risk going outside in severe weather and high winds to remove the new debris and keep the water from spilling over into my yard. I fear that one of these days a tree branch will fall on me while I'm out doing this. This road needs MAJOR engineering attention. One thing I noticed is that there are no storm drains on the uphill portions of 11th Street, or at the intersection with Orris Drive. I'm not a civil engineer but I believe that adding additional drains along these areas would help collect some of the water before it makes it to the bottom of the hill.
