This is a roll curb. Additional concrete cannot be poured by homeowner. Supervisors did notice a rubber piece at a neighbors house that was placed in the curb. This allows water to flow underneath it.
Other: I recently bought a house on W Middle Ct, and there is a large dip in the road right in front of my driveway, so that most sedans would scrape their car coming in and out of the driveway. The problem is that the road dips dramatically in front of the driveway (not that the end of the driveway is at the wrong level). Other houses in the neighborhood seem to have had a similar issue and filled in the gap with cement (I’m not sure if they did it themselves or if the city did it). Is this something you guys can fix? Legally can I pour cement there myself since it’s a public road?
