closed: Can't Fix #203498

Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: The sidewalk between 1703 and 1711 E Winslow Rd is overgrown with vegetation such that more than 50% of the walkway is blocked at some parts. 5 minutes with a weed whacker should do the trick. Thank you.

This appears to be a privately maintained sidewalk. It is possible that it is through a pedestrian easement, however no maintenance responsibility was found in recorded documents

Mike, This isn't something that we have ever maintained and looks private according to parcels.

Hey Cheyenne, I spoke too soon on reassigning this back to me. This looks like a sidewalk connector between houses and therefore not in the ROW. Do you know if Street has ever maintained this? Engineering won't have enforcement over it, and I couldn't find a zoning commitment explicitly spelling out maintenance responsibilities.

Hi Cheyenne! I don't see the multi-use path on Street's mowing inventory but am guessing it is maintained by Street?
