Mr. Jimenez,
Thank you for contacting the City of Bloomington Department of Public Works regarding a street light within your neighborhood. However, West Tensleep Rd in outside of the City's limits and it's not under our jurisdiction. I would contact the HOA again as it could be a private light under their management.
