Other: I don't have an actual issue. I witnessed this vehicle driving over the curb and into this flower bed on the evening of 6/2/25 (~5:38 pm). They left the scene soon after. I just wanted to share my knowledge with the city in case they are looking for the person responsible for damaging the flower bed.
