Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):

Other: Sewage is flowing periodically out of the drain and toilet in CVS. A snake has been used to clear the drain line all the way to the sewer line, but sewage continues to feed upward. The pipes are full of stolen garbage and it is suspected that there may be a blockage in the sewer line itself.
