Other: The street lights on the West side of the parking garage are way too bright and low to the ground. The patrons at the Backdoor and the Blockhouse bars use that alley to socialize ( There is never any automobile traffic in the alley). The worst light is the one that shines directly into the entrance to the Blockhouse ( Its where everyone gathers outside and between shows). The light is blinding and shining directly into the faces of the patrons. Please: 1) get rid of the light(s) or move the to a higher location. 2) physically block the lights so that they will not shine straight out 3) replace the bulbs with something less bright and with a warmer "color temperature" ( 2700k). Or do a combination of these things. Thanks.
