Other: Sign attached to a road sign on E. Morningside Drive just off E. Third Street. "Hydrant Flushing This Area". I assume this might be related to the Greenway construction as a hydrant was moved I believe. No notification to any neighbors regarding hydrant flushing. This sign has been in place now FIVE weeks and without neighbor notification, it has lost all effectiveness. Has Utilities forgotten the sign was placed? Please let me know so I may inform the Park Ridge Neighborhood (Association) of the sign status? Thanks -
